⚠️ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

All sales final for:

  • 🔒 Modified Products: Altered/tampered items (per ATF Ruling 2025-1)
  • ⚖️ Regulated Items: Products requiring compliance documentation
  • 📦 Damaged Packaging: Broken security seals or missing UPC labels
  • 🎁 Gifts/Sale Items: Eligible for store credit only (excludes cash refunds)
  • ⏳ Late Returns: Received after 60 days + 5-day grace period

Note: Attempted returns of illegal items (e.g., knuckles shipped to CA/NY) will be rejected and reported per 18 U.S.C. §922(a)(1).

💰 REFUND PROCESS

4-Step Workflow:

  1. Inspection: Quality check within 48 hrs of warehouse receipt
  2. Approval/Rejection: Email notification within 3 business days
  3. Refund Method:
    • Credit Cards: 7-10 business days
    • Crypto: BTC/ETH refunded within 72 hrs
  4. Deductions:
    Fee Type Amount
    Restocking Fee 15% (sale items)
    Return Shipping Actual carrier costs
    Compliance Recheck $25 (international)

🚫 DENIED REFUND SCENARIOS

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • Product shows signs of use (scratches, wear, field testing)
  • Original documentation/manuals are missing
  • Return initiated from embargoed jurisdiction
  • Item classified as hazardous material per 49 CFR §173.21

⚖️ LEGAL DISCLAIMERS

“By initiating a return, you:

  1. Certify the product is legal in your jurisdiction;
  2. Waive liability for injuries during return shipping;
  3. Authorize destruction of non-compliant items (per 18 U.S.C. §842).”

Compliance Documentation Required For:

  • International returns (Form ATF F 6NIA)
  • Returns over $500 (ID verification + notarized affidavit)

⚠️ Warning: Unsolicited returns without RMA will be discarded.
