📋 Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date (verified by carrier tracking).

  • Item Condition: Unopened, unused, in original packaging, with all security seals intact.

  • How to Start: Email [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within your 30-day window.

  • Return Shipping: Buyer’s responsibility (except for defective or incorrect shipments).

⚠️ Return Eligibility

Acceptable for Return:

  • Items in 100% original, pristine condition with all tags attached.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after warehouse arrival.

All Sales Final (Non-Returnable):

  • Modified Products: Altered or tampered items (per ATF Ruling 2025-1).

  • Regulated Items: Products requiring specific compliance documentation.

  • Damaged Packaging: Broken security seals or missing UPC labels.

  • Promotional Items: Clearance or final sale items (eligible for store credit only).

  • Late Returns: Packages received past the 30-day window plus a 5-day transit grace period.

🚫 Important Notice: Attempted returns of items that violate local laws (e.g., CA PC 21810, NY PL §265.01) will be rejected and reported per 18 U.S.C. §922(a)(1).

💰 Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Quality check completed within 48 hours of receipt.

  2. Notification: Approval or rejection status emailed within 3 business days.

  3. Payout:

    • Credit Cards: 7–10 business days.

    • Crypto (BTC/ETH): Within 72 hours.

Standard Deductions:

  • Restocking Fee: 15% (applicable to sale/promotional items).

  • Return Shipping: Deducted based on actual carrier costs.

  • Compliance Fee: $25 flat rate for international returns.

⚖️ Legal & Compliance

  • No RMA, No Refund: Unsolicited returns sent without an approved RMA will be discarded immediately.

  • High-Value Returns: Returns exceeding $500 require ID verification and a notarized affidavit.

  • International: Requires Form ATF F 6NIA documentation.

  • Liability: By initiating a return, you certify the item is legal in your jurisdiction, waive liability for transit injuries, and authorize the destruction of non-compliant items (18 U.S.C. §842).
